Fixed-scope diagnostic

Find out what your account can’t see.

A 7–10 day Tracking & Attribution Audit — every pixel, tag, and attribution rule in your stack, tested and ranked by what it’s costing you. Fixed scope. Fixed timeline. The report is yours to keep, whoever implements the fixes.

Scope

Everything between the click and the report.

A

Tag & container health

GTM and GA4 configuration, event coverage, duplicate and dead tags, naming debt.

B

Pixels & Conversion APIs

Meta, Google, and platform pixels — firing, deduplicating, and matching at the rates they should be.

C

Server-side tracking

Whether you have it, whether it’s actually wired correctly, and what it would recover if it were.

D

Attribution logic

What claims credit and why — model settings, lookback windows, double-counting between platforms.

E

Consent & privacy flow

How your consent banner, regional rules, and privacy settings shape what data survives.

F

Conversion definitions

Whether the events you optimize toward match what the business actually calls revenue.

The Ad Spend Leak Calculator

A conservative estimate of your blind spot.

Built from published industry ranges, not your data — which is exactly the problem the audit solves. Treat it as a starting hypothesis.

Spend likely being optimized against invisible or misattributed conversions. Your tools may be blind to 2332% of real outcomes.

Always an estimate, never a claim about your account. Full assumptions below.

How we estimate this

1. Blind-share baseline. Industry analyses consistently find client-side-only tracking captures roughly 50–70% of real conversions. Drivers: most iOS users decline app tracking under ATT, around a third of users run ad blockers, and Safari/Firefox cap cookie lifetimes. We use: social-heavy spend 25–35% blind, search-heavy 15–25%, mixed 20–30%.

2. Server-side modifier. Well-implemented server-side tagging and conversion APIs recover a substantial share of lost signal; we multiply the blind range by 0.45 if you have it, 0.9 if you’re unsure (partial setups recover little), 1.0 if you don’t.

3. Tracking entropy. Tags decay as sites change. No audit in 12+ months adds 5 points to the blind range; 6–12 months adds 2.

4. Spend impact. Invisible conversions don’t waste dollars 1:1 — but budget optimized on incomplete data is partially misallocated. We apply a conservative 0.40–0.60 coefficient to translate blind share into a monthly leak range.

These are published-industry ranges applied to four inputs — the audit replaces them with your account’s actual numbers.

Process

Ten days, three steps, zero disruption.

Access

You grant read-only access to your ad accounts, GTM, and analytics. Nothing in your setup is touched. Day 1–2.

Diagnose

We run the six-part scope: every event traced from click to report, every attribution rule stress-tested. Day 2–8.

Report & walkthrough

You get the diagnostic report with prioritized fixes, ranked by impact — and a live walkthrough call to make it actionable. Day 8–10.

The report is implementation-agnostic: fix it with your own team, your current agency, or ask us to handle it in an execution engagement with us. No lock-in — the audit has to be worth it on its own.

Questions

Before you ask.

What does the Tracking & Attribution Audit cost?

It is a fixed price for a fixed scope — quoted upfront before we start, with no variable hours and no creeping retainer. Request the audit and you'll have the exact quote before any work begins.

What access do you need?

Read-only access to your ad platforms, Google Tag Manager, and analytics. We never modify your live setup during an audit, and access is revoked when the engagement ends.

What if our tracking turns out to be fine?

Then you get a documented, independent confirmation that it’s fine — which is rare, and genuinely useful for your next budget conversation. In practice, most audits find fixable issues; their severity is what varies.

Do we have to keep working with you afterwards?

No. The report is yours and written to be implementable by any competent team. Continuing into strategy and execution with us is an option, not a condition.

Will this disrupt our live campaigns?

No. The audit is observational — read-only access, no changes to tags, campaigns, or budgets while we work.
